Damon Appelblatt grew up in Sacramento, California, and has dedicated his career to helping people navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges. A graduate of UC Davis School of Law, Damon brings a unique combination of empathy, strategic thinking, and determination to every case he handles.
With experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, and workers’ compensation on both the plaintiff and defense sides, Damon understands how the other side thinks and uses that insight to his clients’ advantage. He believes effective representation comes from truly listening, developing creative solutions, and always keeping clients informed and involved.
Currently living in Illinois while his wife completes her medical residency, Damon continues to represent clients across California, maintaining strong ties to his hometown of Sacramento. No matter the distance, he makes himself available, responsive, and focused on achieving the best possible outcome for each client.
Robert Mazzola

Robert Mazzola is a corporate and intellectual property lawyer who has expanded his practice to include civil litigation and personal injury.
For more than three years, Robert has successfully managed his law practice, handling matters from initial intake through trial preparation and resolution. His experience spans both transactional and litigation work, giving him a practical edge in representing clients in disputes where business and IP concerns intersect with litigation strategy.
Drawing on a strong background in corporate and patent law, Robert brings a disciplined, results-oriented approach to litigation. He has represented clients in state and federal courts in California, as well as before administrative tribunals such as the TTAB. His practice now includes personal injury and high-stakes civil matters, with an emphasis on maximizing recovery for plaintiffs through both settlement negotiations and aggressive litigation.
Robert is admitted to practice in California and is in the process of expanding his practice to Illinois.
